Tessellations

This week Miss Moala class is learning about Tessellations. A Tessellations uses 2D shapes to completely cover (tile)  surface. to help us learn about Tesselltions, we went to Tesselltion Town Here is one of my Tesselltion.

Kite Day

yesterday morning Rm 11 and 12 were making some kites and we were making it out of paper and a straw. Meanwhile we had to design it. After that we had to get our lines from Mr Moran to put at the bottom of the kite. At last we get to go outside and fly our kites in the wind,Suddenly when i was flying my kite my line and straw came off my kite and i had to look for it.

Kite Festival in napier

This week my reading group is reading about Kite Festival in Napier 

kite surfing

Soaring through the sky I feel like superman crashing through the waves I feel like a dolphin. This experience is a feeling like you only get every so often. Hopping over the waves butterflies feel my tummy. Spinning and twirling through the air I  show the supporters all the tricks I  am able to do I can hear cheering and screaming from all my supporters. The hardest part about going kite surfing is packing up. Having to pull the kite on a windy day is a hard work kite surfing is a such incredible sport.

Pick a path Haunted house

When i walked to the door of the haunted house I went inside and went upstairs. I couldn’t open the door of the room because it was locked. So i went back downstairs and I tried to open the door but i couldn’t open it so i found a radio and it said out loud’’ you are not going out of the door’’. So i tried looking for the key but just then i fell in the dark creepy hole. Next morning i couldn’t breathe so someone opened the door and took me to the doctor’s.
