Week 8 - Book Review

 

Task Description: This Morning we had to go on a site named Storyline online. The story I chose was Arnie the doughnut we had to watch the full story/video and we then had to do a book review about it.

Task Description: Today we watched Storyline online, the story I chose to read was The Empty Pot, we had to do a book review about what we read. 

Ms Jana Visits Pt England School ( Team 5 )

Task Description: Today at 11:35am, we had a special guest come visit Pt England School. Her name is Jana. She came to the Team 5 block, she talked to us about " Who Am I ". She talked about Personality and Attitude. There were 4 personalities Jana talked about such as the Otter which is the Entertainer, Lion the dicters  

 

Maths - Working with whole Numbers !

Task Description: This Week for Maths we did " Working with whole Numbers " for Maths. We also did different Strategies to work out our Answers.  

Reading - The Sons of Ma'afu

 

WALT: Recognise the parts of a narrative (Story).

Task Description: This Week for Literacy ( Reading ), My group Cowley read a book about "The Sons Ma'afu " Read through my slides to read about the characters, and what happened during the story. To read the book click on Reading on the first slide !

Task Description: Today in our Rotations I went to Te Reo Maori with Ms Tipene, we learned to count time in Te Reo Maori.
